Tab Kamal


Automatically Complete Commands with Tab Completion:


                                                            
  • Tab completion is Command Prompt trick that can save you lots of time, especially if your command has a file or folder name in it that you are not completely sure that.



  • To use tab key in the Command Prompt, just enter the command and then the portion of the path that you do know,


  • Then press the tab key over and over to get all of the available possibilities.


For example: if you want to change directories to some folder in the Windows directory;
but you are not sure what it is named. than, 

simply, apply this trick..........

(1)  Open the command prompt.

(2) Reach the path for Example, Type cd:\windows\

(3) And press tab Until you see the folder Which are you looking for.

(4) And Shift+Tab through we can go in reverse direction..
